Common Questions
Quick answers to questions I often hear during discovery calls.
What’s the minimum engagement length?
All retainers are month-to-month with 30-day notice. I don’t lock clients into long-term contracts—if I’m not delivering value, you should be free to leave. That said, most clients stay for 6-12+ months because real marketing transformation takes time.
Do you work with companies outside Phoenix?
Absolutely. While I’m based in Phoenix and offer in-person strategy sessions for local clients, I work with companies across the United States. Modern tools make remote fractional CMO engagements highly effective.
What size companies do you typically work with?
My sweet spot is companies from about $10M in revenue up, spending $500K–$3M a year on marketing—usually dealer groups and multi-location consumer brands. They’ve got a team or agencies running the work but no senior marketing leader, and they aren’t ready to fund a $300K+ full-time CMO.
How quickly can we get started?
After our discovery call, I can typically start within 1-2 weeks. The onboarding process includes an AI Readiness Diagnostic and 90-day planning session to ensure we’re aligned on priorities from day one.
What if I just need help with AI integration?
That’s a great place to start. We can begin with an AI Readiness Diagnostic to identify specific opportunities, then decide together whether ongoing support makes sense.
